Environmental Remediation and Cleaning
Contaminant removal from the environment or from touch point surfaces. Protect the health of employees and working environments from H1N1 [swine] influenza viral outbreaks and other contaminants. Environmental Assessments are conducted, the appropriate solutions are determined based upon the environment that we are serving, i.e., Child Care Facilities, Educational Facilities, Hospitals, Office/indoors premises, etc... Three levels of services are available; ACT now - Emergency response service ;Preventive - Decontamination services bi-yearly
Healthcare Sterilization and Cleaning
Most medical facilities require a higher level of sanitation in order to prevent nosocomial infection. Thus KEMP AND SONS General Services strives to ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized according to specifications for the sake of patients that have challenged immune deficiency as a result of their disease, trauma, substance abuse or age. Regardless if it is a long-term or short term treatment center or hospital we are sensitive to the needs of the patient and those who administer their care.
Supplemental Services
KEMP & SONS General Services non-routine services are provided, such as carpet care and stripping and waxing floors. No need to outsource when we can incorporate it into our service package, on an as needed basis.
Educational Institutions, Municipalities and Venue Facilities
KEMP & SONS General Services creates customized packages to accommodate the needs of Educational Institutes, Municipalities and Venue Facilities. All of which require building maintenance services at non-traditional hours of the day and/or several times within a particular day; depending on scheduled events within the facility. Crew Training consist of more than cleaning, we致e discovered that pristine and aesthetically pleasing environments are intentional. Thus it痴 imperative that each member of our team understand the importance of their professional contribution to the space. Once understood they become fulfilled, excited about their duties and cleaning care taker of their prescribed facility.
Commercial Cleaning and Industrial Facility Services
Facilities, regardless of the industry, age, condition of the building or method of operations that occur within, they all need to be maintained with care. We are sensitive to operating procedures, work flow and facility demands, our team is alert, flexible, willing to change procedures to accommodate the industries need and responsive to client request.
